Raise The Bar Reno’s Spring Training Programs are intentionally designed for athletes ages 10-18, with small group sizes, experienced coaching, and structured development during the most important training window of the year.

All programs are limited to 8 athletes per session.
Once a session fills, registration closes.

Track & Field FUN!damentals

Ages 10–14 | 1-Hour Sessions | Mon and/or Wed @ 5:30pm

Best for:

  • New athletes getting started in track & field
  • Elementary & middle school athletes continuing development
  • Athletes who want exposure to multiple events
  • Parents who want fundamentals taught correctly

Athletes will work on sprint mechanics, hurdle basics, long jump/triple jump, and high jump. Athletes will also gain coordination, confidence, and athletic movement during this 10 week session.

Pole Vault
FUN!damentals

Ages 10–14 | 1-Hour Sessions | Mon and/or Wed @4:30pm

Best for: 

  • Athletes brand new to pole vault
  • Young vaulters learning proper technique
  • Parents who want safety and progression prioritized

All athletes will learn pole vaulting basics, sprinting basics, and learn the technical aspects of both. Pole vault is a technical event, this program ensures it’s taught the right way from the beginning.

Open Pole Vault

Ages 13–18 | 1.5-Hour Sessions | Tues and/or Thurs @ 4:30pm

Best For: 

  • Experienced pole vaulters
  • High school athletes lacking consistent school coaching
  • Athletes who want continued development during the season

This program guarantees experienced coaching at every session, access to nearly 100 poles for training and meets, safe, well-maintained pits, and collaboration with school coaches.
​This program provides the consistency, equipment, and coaching many athletes don’t get during the spring season.
10 week session

HOW PRICING WORKS (READ ME!)

How Pricing Works (Read This First)

  • All pricing covers the full 10-week spring session
  • 50% of total fees for the 10 weeks is required at registration to secure your athlete's spot. 
  • Remaining balance is due at April 1
  • No refunds once registered
  • Two weeks’ notice is required to drop a class to avoid future payment 

FUN!damentals Class (1-Hour Sessions)

Choose how many days per week your athlete will train:

  • 1 day per week – $275 total
  • 2 days per week – $500 total
  • 3 days per week (TF+PV) – $675 total
  • 4 days per week (TF +PV) – $825 total

OPEN Pole Vault (1.5-Hour Sessions)

  • 1 day per week – $405 total
  • 2 days per week – $690 total

Private Lessons

Fridays & Sundays | By Request | 1 hr sessions

Best For:

  • Athletes needing individualized attention
  • Refining technique or specific skills
  • Preparing for important meets
  • Faster progress in a focused setting

Rate:
$75/hr. Private lesson (1)
$55/hr. Per person - Semi Private (2)
$45/hr. Per person - Small Group (3)

Camp Program: SPRING BREAK CAMP 

Ages 10–14 | March 23–26 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

A focused, multi-day camp designed to sharpen skills and build confidence before the spring season begins.
Work a number of track & field events including: sprints, hurdles, long jump, and high jump.
