This program focuses on coordination, movement quality, confidence, and proper technique across events, helping athletes develop consistency and a love for the sport.


Open Pole Vault Spring Training is a structured 10-week program designed for athletes who want consistent, high-quality pole vault instruction in a safe and supportive environment.
These 1.5-hour sessions focus on technical development, runway consistency, and progressive skill building, making them ideal for athletes seeking additional vault training outside of school practices.

Spring Break Track Camp is a focused, high-energy training experience designed to keep athletes active, engaged, and progressing during the break from school.
This camp emphasizes skill development, event fundamentals, and quality reps in a fun but structured environment. Athletes will work on movement mechanics, coordination, and event-specific skills while maintaining consistency through the spring season.


RTB Athletes have gained over $1 million in college athletics scholarships since 2012.

RTB has sent over 30 athletes to compete in the next level of collegiate athletics. 18 of those athletes attended NCAA D1 schools.

RTB athletes compete at the national meet every single summer. Since 2012 we have had 22 all americans!

Since 2012, RTB has had 20 of our athletes become state champs and 95 state qualifications.
