What a summer it’s been for Raise The Bar athletes! From the first day of practice to the final jump, throw, and sprint of the season, our athletes showed up with grit, determination, and heart. And this year, their hard work took them all the way to the national stage, where they shined brighter than ever.
We are thrilled to share that five of our athletes earned All-American honors this summer, a feat that represents the highest level of performance at the national level. Even more exciting? One of those athletes claimed a National Championship title, bringing home top honors in her event. Congtrats to MacKenzie, Harper, Caine, Avery, and Elizabeth.
These achievements don’t happen by accident, they’re built on early mornings, countless reps, supportive teammates, and coaches who believe in every single athlete. They’re also a reflection of the community behind our club...Parents, friends, and supporters who show up and cheer every step of the way.

At Raise The Bar, our mission has always been about more than medals. It’s about teaching athletes to trust the process, push through challenges, and believe in their own potential. This summer, our All-Americans and National Champion reminded us that when you combine talent with relentless effort, anything is possible.
We couldn’t be prouder of this group, and we know their success will inspire every athlete who walks onto the track, runway, or infield with us. Here’s to setting the bar high and chasing new goals this fall and winter...because we’re just getting started.

We’ve always known Coach Randy Bryant was one-of-a-kind. But now, it’s official.
We’re thrilled to announce that our Head Coach and Director, Randy Bryant, has been inducted into the Hall of Fame at Hutchinson Community College, a well-deserved honor recognizing his legacy both on and off the field.
Coach Bryant received the call a few weeks ago, and while he’s not usually one for the spotlight, this moment was too meaningful not to share.
“Shocked and speechless about this great honor,” he said. “I’m lucky to have been a national champion and to have held the school record for 38 years before it was finally broken last season by a very talented young man.” As an athlete at Hutchinson Community College (HCC), Randy was a force to be reckoned with. He didn’t just compete, he dominated, earning a national championship title and setting a school record that would stand for nearly four decades. That kind of longevity speaks not only to his talent, but to his tenacity, work ethic, and unrelenting drive.
But Randy’s story doesn’t stop with medals and records. What truly sets him apart is the way he’s poured that same passion into coaching the next generation of athletes through Raise The Bar.
His commitment to developing young talent goes far beyond technique. He teaches discipline, resilience, and how to compete with heart. Hundreds of athletes have grown under his leadership, many breaking records of their own, qualifying for state, and continuing on to compete at the collegiate level.
This Hall of Fame honor is more than just recognition of past achievements, it’s a testament to the legacy Randy continues to build every single day through his coaching and mentorship.
We’re so proud to call him Coach.
Congratulations, Randy! Thank you for inspiring us, leading by example, and proving that champions aren’t just born, they’re built, trained, and raised…often on a pole vault runway.
